Scheduler-Intermediate

The Scheduler-Intermediate provides scheduling and registration support to a clinic, handling telephonic support, appointment scheduling, and patient communication. The role involves verifying and updating patient registration and insurance information, managing message prioritization, and assisting patients with inquiries. This position may also provide backup support to the front desk and assist in the call center when needed.
