About this role
Senior-level role leading development, progression, and tracking of pre-construction and construction schedules, including self-perform work. Responsible for preparing as-built schedules, month-end reports, and performing delay and productivity analyses to support change orders and claims. Works with project teams, subcontractors, and trade partners to produce bid/proposal schedules and maintain timely, profitable job completion.
