About this role
The Scheduler at ThedaCare coordinates appointment scheduling and patient pre-registration for outpatient diagnostic services, supporting the organization’s mission and regulatory compliance. This is a part-time (0.5 FTE, 20 hours/week) onsite role based at the CIN 3 Neenah Center in Appleton, WI. The position operates weekdays with no weekends or holidays.
