Scheduler

This role involves managing end-to-end work orders, coordinating planned and reactive services, and monitoring incidents to achieve agreed service levels within a facilities management environment. The position requires procuring services from external partners, utilizing Maximo and mobile scheduling systems, and resolving customer issues while maintaining accurate records for trend analysis. Candidates must be able to adapt to changing business needs and support various CEC contracts and projects at short notice.
