Scheduler

The Scheduler is responsible for the end‑to‑end work order management process, coordinating planned and reactive maintenance services across the contract to meet service level agreements and client satisfaction. The role involves scheduling work with JLL engineering teams and external supply partners, monitoring and escalating work orders, and maintaining accurate records in the CAFM system.
