About this role

The Scheduler role supports Norsta Maritime in maintaining Navy patrol boats and hydrographic vessels under the Regional Maintenance Provider - North East contract. This position is based in Cairns and involves sequencing workpacks, managing docking schedules, and identifying risks to ensure the successful delivery of Navy capabilities in the Far North. The role is offered as a fixed-term contract opportunity.

Responsibilities

Sequence approved workpacks during dockings to ensure logical flow and adherence to dependencies
Maintain and update the integrated docking schedule while adjusting for new defects or work-in-way
Identify schedule risks and opportunities and recommend effective mitigation strategies
