Scheduler

The Scheduler is responsible for scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling patient surgeries for various procedures under the direction of the Department Supervisor. This role provides essential office support for patient service areas, including managing patient demographics, insurance information, and procedure authorizations. The position requires coordinating with physicians, outside offices, and patients to ensure timely and accurate appointment scheduling.
