Scheduling Administrator

The incumbent acts as a first point of contact for workforce queries, maintains records within the Workforce Management (WFM) system, and supports payroll processes by ensuring data accuracy. Additionally, the position requires assisting with temporary work allocation, managing on-call escalations, and helping ensure personnel compliance with licensing requirements.
