Scheduling and Authorization Coordinator

The Scheduling and Authorization Coordinator provides exceptional customer service to patients over the phone, coordinating and scheduling diagnostic imaging and other procedures for hospitals contracted with ElevatePFS. This role involves interacting with patients, referring physicians, hospital services, and internal associates to ensure smooth coordination of procedures and exams. The position requires thorough insurance verification, obtaining necessary authorizations, and maintaining accurate documentation for compliance.
