Scheduling and Registration Support

This role provides comprehensive scheduling and registration support to a clinic, handling telephonic assistance, appointment scheduling, and patient message management. The position involves verifying and updating patient registration and insurance information while ensuring excellent customer service and resolving patient concerns. The role also includes providing backup support to the front desk and coordinating interpreter services as needed.
