The Scheduling & Authorization Coordinator provides exceptional customer service by communicating with patients over the phone to coordinate and schedule diagnostic imaging and other procedures. This onsite role involves verifying insurance information, obtaining necessary authorizations, and managing complex scheduling tasks for hospitals contracted with ElevatePFS®. The position requires strong communication skills and proficiency in healthcare systems to ensure accurate patient data and timely service delivery.
