Scheduling Clerk - Home Care

The Scheduling Clerk assists in maintaining Direct Service Staff schedules by entering data into the Home Care scheduling system, assigning, scheduling, and communicating with staff, clients, and other Home Care personnel. This role supports the Home Care Program under the direction of a Team Manager and in collaboration with the Resource Coordinator. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage scheduling tasks effectively.
