Scheduling Clerk

The Scheduling Clerk serves as the subject matter expert for day-to-day coordination of human resource staffing, including assigning staff schedules, managing relief and on-call shifts, and maintaining necessary records. This role works closely with leadership to ensure compliance with collective agreement rules while creating cost-effective schedules that minimize overtime and agency resource usage. The position requires independent judgment and the ability to function effectively within a collaborative interdisciplinary environment.
