Scheduling Coordinator

PRAXES Medical Group is seeking an Scheduling Coordinator to maintain and optimize clinical schedules across providers, staff, and systems within the Mentor Clinic. This operational role works closely with the Clinic Manager and interprofessional teams to schedule appointments, manage duty rosters, and ensure efficient clinic flow while utilizing the Telus Med Access EMR system. The ideal candidate will act as a central point of contact for scheduling requests and suggest process improvements to support long-term patient well-being.
