Scheduling Coordinator

SeaWorld is seeking a dedicated Ambassador to support workforce planning and scheduling by interpreting labor utilization data and reporting findings. The role involves analyzing staffing patterns, identifying trends, and producing accurate daily reports to help determine optimal staffing levels across departments. You will also provide training, manage schedules, and assist operational management teams while interacting with various levels of leadership.
