Scheduling Coordinator

As a Scheduler at the Chattanooga Heart Institute, you will orchestrate seamless care processes by coordinating patient appointments and managing complex provider schedules for medical procedures, tests, and studies. This role requires accurate verification of patient insurance and documentation, processing reports, and delivering exceptional customer service via phone and in-clinic assistance to ensure timely scheduling. You will also handle patient check-ins and check-outs, manage recalls, and enter imaging and lab orders into the EHR system across multiple office locations.
