The Scheduling Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for event intake, space reservations, and post-event administration within the University of Chicago's Student Centers. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Event Management, this role manages the Event Management System, handles fiscal responsibilities including invoicing and revenue collection, and supports student employees in processing events.
UC3P is the University of Chicago's student-run public policy podcast network, operating as a Harris Student Organization (HSO) and Registered Student Organization (RSO). It helps University of Chicago students turn their policy passions into published, professional podcasts covering topics from local Chicago politics to international affairs. All podcasts are entirely written, researched, produced, hosted, edited, and published by UC students.
