Scheduling Coordinator

The Scheduling Coordinator serves as a liaison between Care Management, the Business Office, patients, physician offices, and insurance carriers to facilitate all aspects of patient scheduling activities. This role is responsible for managing patient visit scheduling, acquiring exam information, coordinating staff and equipment, and handling insurance verification and pre-certification. The position also involves collecting appropriate monies, notifying patients of billing policies, and providing exemplary customer service.
