Scheduling Coordinator

This role is responsible for managing all aspects of scheduling procedures at the Freeman Heart and Vascular Institute. The position involves reviewing patient schedules for accuracy, communicating instructions to patients and physician offices, and ensuring efficient appointment management. The coordinator also handles appointment reminders and assists with provider schedule optimization.
