Scheduling Coordinator

The Scheduling Coordinator ensures Field Staff and equipment are scheduled efficiently to support Backroads trips, acting as a liaison between Global Operations, Trip Development, and Leadership Development teams. This role involves building and auditing unit schedules, assigning leaders to trips based on specific parameters, and communicating schedule changes to field staff and office teams. The position requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills to maintain optimal guest experiences and support Field Staff satisfaction.
