Scheduling Coordinator

This role is responsible for managing patient scheduling for office visits, in-office procedures, and operating room procedures while ensuring accurate pre-certifications and insurance coordination. The position involves communicating with patients regarding appointments, fees, and account balances, as well as assisting the surgical team with pre-operative requirements. Additionally, the role includes tracking and processing biopsy specimens and maintaining compliance with HIPAA and organizational values.
