Scheduling Coordinator

The Scheduling Coordinator develops, maintains, and optimizes the master schedule for approximately 150 clients and direct care staff, ensuring authorized services are delivered and clinical recommendations are implemented. This role serves as the central point of coordination between families, clinical teams, and administrative staff to maximize client access to services while supporting organizational productivity goals. Success in this role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
