Scheduling Personnel

The Scheduling Personnel supports Freeman Health System patients and care teams by coordinating appointments, verifying and updating patient information, and ensuring accurate scheduling in line with departmental guidelines. This role serves as a primary point of contact for patients, providers, and internal departments, delivering courteous service while protecting patient privacy and facilitating efficient clinic and hospital operations.
