Scheduling & Service Coordinator

The Scheduling & Service Coordinator will manage the end‑to‑end flow of services, from referral and intake through to scheduling, service delivery and invoicing readiness, ensuring timely and high‑quality support for clients. The role involves coordinating bookings across NDIS, allied health, employment and training programs, handling client onboarding, maintaining accurate records, and supporting office and financial operations.
