Scheduling Team Lead

The Scheduling Team Lead supervises and coordinates the planning and scheduling team to ensure prompt response times, competitive lead times, and reliable schedule execution. This working leadership role serves as the primary liaison between the Director of S&OP, the scheduling team, and Operations, driving issue resolution and best practices. The position is responsible for managing direct reports, optimizing production schedules using SAP, and monitoring key performance indicators to meet customer demands and financial objectives.
