About this role

The Scheduling role is responsible for optimally scheduling gasoline and distillate products from origin refineries and terminals to destination terminals using barge, pipeline, rail, and truck. The incumbent will interact with internal teams and external partners, monitor inventories, respond to unexpected events, and remain on call 24/7 to ensure continuous supply.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate pipeline, waterborne, truck, and rail product movements
Monitor inventories and shipping schedules to ensure supply meets demand
Respond to emergencies and provide 24‑hour on‑call support for supply disruptions
