Scholar Culture Liaison

The Scholar Culture Liaison supports a safe and positive campus environment by supervising scholars, building relationships, and implementing positive behavior interventions. This role focuses on de-escalation, skill-building, and early intervention to prevent behavioral issues while collaborating with staff to promote accountability and belonging. The position involves maintaining behavior data, facilitating restorative meetings, and supporting school-wide behavior systems.
