About this role
The Bacardi UK Supply Student Scholarship Programme offers paid summer work placements across Bacardi’s UK operational sites, providing rotation-based experience in supply functions such as distilling, bottling, blending, procurement, and finance. Participants work on a designated project, are assigned a Global Operations mentor, and gain practical skills with the possibility of transition into Bacardi’s two-year Global Graduate Programme. Placements typically run 2–3 months during university holidays, with interviews in March and a start date anticipated in June 2026.
