Scholar Success Coach

The Scholar Success Coach partners with scholars and families in North Minneapolis to create pathways to college and career success by building trusting relationships and setting developmental, academic, and social-emotional goals. This role involves collaborating with schools, community organizations, and internal teams to provide comprehensive support and connect families with necessary resources. The position is co-located at partner early childhood or K-12 organizations and focuses on improving scholar outcomes through data monitoring and consistent family engagement.
