School Based Therapist - Deer Valley

The School Based Therapist delivers solution-focused and strength-based services to a caseload of youth in kindergarten through 12th grade, providing in-home and community-based support to students and their families. The role involves conducting intakes, assessments, treatment planning, individual counseling, case management, and psychosocial group interventions within school and community settings. Therapists work Monday through Friday during school and business hours, with initial training and ongoing mentorship provided by a supportive interdisciplinary team.
