School Based Therapist

The School Based Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy as well as clinical case management to students embedded within Jefferson County Public Schools, aiming to reduce barriers to care by delivering services directly on school campuses. The role involves collaboration with school staff, families, and community resources, participation in supervision and team meetings, and adherence to documentation and productivity standards.
