About this role

The School Behavior Technician provides 1:1 and small-group behavior support to students with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences within school settings, partnering with educators, caregivers, and Cortica’s clinical team. The role follows the school academic calendar and requires consistent weekday availability to support students during the school day. When unassigned, technicians follow a brief administrative-from-home schedule and must be ready to step into school sessions as needed.
