School Behavior Technician

The School Behavior Technician provides 1:1 and small-group behavior support to students with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences in school settings, partnering with educators, caregivers, and Cortica’s clinical team. The role follows the school academic calendar (with unpaid breaks) and supports student success across communication, social skills, self-regulation, and self-care. Technicians must be able to obtain required credentials and safety trainings and travel between assigned school sites within the service area.
