About this role

The School Behavior Technician provides one-to-one behavior support to students with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences in school settings, partnering with educators, caregivers, and Cortica’s clinical team. The role follows the school academic calendar and supports students across their school day while advancing Cortica’s integrated, research-based care model. Teammates may perform administrative tasks remotely when not assigned to a student and will travel between assigned school sites as needed.
