About this role

The School Behavior Technician provides 1:1 behavior support to students with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences in school settings, partnering with educators, caregivers, and Cortica’s clinical team. The role operates on the school academic calendar with a Monday–Friday schedule and includes both in-school sessions and short at-home administrative windows. The position supports students’ engagement and learning across the school day and aligns with individualized education plans (IEPs).
