The position involves planning and coordinating the driver safety program, managing the Drug and Alcohol program, and maintaining accurate data on bus accidents and incidents. The role also includes conducting performance reviews, safety check rides, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws governing school buses and commercial vehicle operations.
