School Coordinator

The School Coordinator serves as the on-site implementation lead for the Full-Service Community Schools initiative, ensuring students and families receive coordinated, high-quality supports to improve attendance, engagement, and academic success. This role involves coordinating school and community resources to expand services, eliminate duplication, and address identified student and family needs. The position requires a full-time commitment to supporting the program's four pillars: holistic student supports, expanded learning opportunities, family engagement, and collaborative leadership.
