School Counselor

The School Counselor provides personalized support to students across multiple Flex High School sites, addressing academic, personal/social, and career development needs to help them overcome barriers and graduate. This role involves facilitating individual and group counseling, implementing interventions, and collaborating with staff and community agencies to ensure student success and retention. The position operates under the ASCA National Model with a focus on creating a positive and safe learning environment.
