Under the direction of school leadership, this role performs responsible financial bookkeeping using School Funds Online (SFO) and the MCPS Business Hub to manage all school funds in compliance with district guidelines. The position involves managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records following GAAP, and overseeing Independent Activity Funds (IAF) and the school operating budget. The role requires collaboration with school staff, central office personnel, vendors, and the community to facilitate financial operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
