This role focuses on inspiring and preparing scholars with the confidence and competence to achieve their dreams by assisting in the preparation and service of quality, nutritious meals to students and staff. The position involves contributing to a positive kitchen team, building relationships with the school community, and ensuring the efficient operation of the building meal program. Responsibilities include assisting with menu implementation, food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards. The role requires collaboration with nutrition staff, building staff, and community members to support student success and meet USDA and district regulations.
