The School Program Youth Leader TK-8 is responsible for supervising, developing, and implementing academic, enrichment, and social-emotional well-being activities for groups of 10-20 children in grades TK-8. The role involves assisting students in improving academic skills, maintaining a safe environment, and collaborating with school site personnel to meet program goals. This position supports the 2026-2027 Before and After School Program at Hawkings STEAM Charter in Chula Vista, CA.
