School to Work - Engineering

The Engineering School-to-Work (STW) - Gear Process Technician role provides students with hands-on exposure to gear manufacturing, engineering processes, and product development within Cummins' Corporate Gear Development team. The position involves supporting gear development activities, coordinating tooling and prototype components, and assisting with process improvements and lab operations. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with Gear Engineers and Developers while contributing to research, quality initiatives, and technical project support.
