About this role

The Science Lead is a senior individual contributor who will establish Mentimeter’s scientific perspective and lead thought leadership efforts, grounding product and external messaging in peer-reviewed research. This role partners cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and customer teams to shape product strategy, validate hypotheses through studies, and translate complex science into accessible guidance. It reports to the Chief People & Culture Officer and aims to position Mentimeter as a trusted, research-driven partner for learning, leadership, and collaboration.
