Science Program Analyst

The Science Program Analyst will support the NIH Office of the Director (DPCPSI) in advancing human-based, non-animal research approaches by informing senior leadership with evidence and analysis. The role emphasizes synthesis of quantitative and qualitative information, use of AI/LLMs to streamline reporting, and producing briefings and reports that guide policy and program evaluation. The position is based in Bethesda, MD and works closely with federal partners, research institutions, and private-sector stakeholders.
