Adaptyv is hiring a hybrid sales and customer success professional to serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers in the AI-driven protein design space. This role involves leading technical sales conversations, guiding clients through complex assay design, and managing the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to expansion. The ideal candidate bridges scientific expertise with commercial acumen to support leading biotech firms, pharma R&D teams, and academic labs.

Responsibilities

Lead technical sales conversations regarding binding kinetics and assay design
Onboard customers and guide them through their first experiments on the platform
Monitor account health and proactively suggest next steps based on results
Collaborate with biology teams to troubleshoot experimental failures and optimize workflows
Identify expansion opportunities including new targets and larger campaign scopes
