Scientific Associate Director

This senior role involves leading end-to-end medicinal chemistry programs from discovery through IND within Bristol Myers Squibb's Protein Homeostasis Thematic Research Center. The successful candidate will drive strategy for oncology assets, design novel compounds, and mentor scientific teams to deliver transformative therapeutics. As part of the San Diego Chemistry Leadership team, the individual will shape portfolio strategy and represent the organization in senior leadership decision-making.
