About this role

The Scientific Director, Pharmaceutical Development Analytics is a senior technical role within Manufacturing, Science & Technology (MSAT) responsible for advancing data-driven drug product development across the CMC lifecycle. This position applies advanced statistics, experimental design, and quantitative modeling to strengthen formulation and process development, process characterization, and regulatory submissions. The role partners across Technical Operations, Quality, Regulatory CMC, and Supply Chain to transform complex data into actionable scientific insights that improve product performance and process robustness.

Responsibilities

Serve as portfolio-level statistical and quantitative sciences expert supporting drug product development
Design and apply advanced statistical methods including DoE and multivariate analysis to optimize formulations
Support CMC regulatory submissions and lifecycle management activities ensuring alignment with ICH guidelines
