The Scientific Editor for Matter will shape the journal's scientific direction and expand its community as a leading venue for materials science. This role involves evaluating submissions, coordinating special issues, and identifying high-quality manuscripts for transfer across the Cell Press portfolio. The editor will also represent the journal at conferences and collaborate with internal teams to support growth targets.
