Responsibilities

Design and lead development of spatial transcriptomics and multi-modal workflows
Establish and improve tissue processing standards for diverse Oncology sample types
Develop image analysis pipelines for tissue segmentation and cell type deconvolution
Scale long-read sequencing workflows for structural variant detection and isoform characterization
Mentor junior scientists and advise project teams on platform selection and experimental design
