About this role

The Scientist I – Validation ensures the validation and release of equipment, instruments, and associated software in compliance with regulatory and company standards at Beckman Coulter Life Sciences. This role focuses on managing equipment qualification, calibration, preventive maintenance, and coordinating with suppliers for special purpose equipment within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Reporting to the Team Lead – Innovation and Custom Design, the position is part of the Engineering team and is located in Bangalore as an on-site role.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and perform equipment qualification and revalidation activities.
Support calibration and preventive maintenance throughout the equipment lifecycle.
Conduct risk assessments for equipment and software validation.
Co-coordinate with suppliers for procurement of special purpose equipment.

B.E in Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing EngineeringMaster's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering5+ years of Validation and Qualification experience3-5 years of Validation and Qualification experience (for Master's holders)
